After Misty cleaned herself up, she felt like a new woman. Right away she called up one of her internet friends, a man who went by the screenname “ajax24â€.
“So ajax24,†she said, “what’s your real name?â€
“Ajax,†he replied.
Misty thought that was pretty crazy. What kind of a name was Ajax? Wasn’t that some kind of kitchen cleanser?
“What’s your last name?†she asked.
“DaVinci.â€
Misty tried not to laugh. Ajax DaVinci? Was this guy for real? She had to find out. So she invited him over one day. He had just come from his job at the Cortona Cyber Café and was still wearing his funny green apron.
Misty was all dressed up. As soon as she saw him, she thought he looked familiar.
“Have I seen you before?†she asked.
“I don’t think so,†he said. “I’m sure I would remember you.â€
Then she realized: he looked almost exactly like her college boyfriend, Professor Stratton, with lighter hair and darker skin.
But instead of thinking about how Professor Stratton had broken her heart, she thought of how handsome Ajax was, and how lucky she was that he hadn’t turned out to be some geeky guy in a kilt.
So they made goo-goo eyes at each other and talked for hours. The next day Ajax came over again, and they played pool in the new game room.
After a few more dates, they had fallen in love. You know, butterflies, rainbows, hearts floating in the sky, you get the idea. My dad was right there when Ajax proposed to Misty. He said he had never seen a happier couple.
They had a small wedding in the front yard. Ajax took Misty’s last name, since that’s what my dad did, too. They both wanted to be Ravelos.
After the wedding, Misty and Ajax hightailed it out of Grunewald Estate.
I don’t know why they took a taxi, because they moved just down the street. I mean, I can see their house from our kitchen window, that’s how close they are. Oh well.
Ajax carried his new bride from the car into the house.
And life went on at DaVinci House. (They named it that in honor of Ajax’s family.) Misty continued her military job, but she was on the lookout for something else.
Misty and Ajax got in with the all the young and hip people moving to Weatherby. One of them was Mags Hooley (the guy in the bandana).
Mags was dirt broke and living under the stars (just like my great-grandpa Simon Ravelo) but wanted to be a famous chef someday. Another couple, George and Iris Demilune, were a geek and a goth who had gotten married and wanted to start a huge family. They figured Weatherby was a good place to do that.

wow it’s gr8 2 here about misty and how good the kids get along though i’m not racist or nething but i don’t like blonde haired sims with the darkest skin tone but it doesn’t put me off lovin’ this family is the next update gonna b about keala in hollywood? cos i’d really luv 2 see it
I like how you’re giving us insight into the other Ravelos without disconnecting from the “main estate”. It gives a feel of a truly interwoven neighborhood and whatnot. It’s really cute to have Tennyson narrating, too. He’s quite a character.
I’m assuming you built the DaVinci house? Geeze, I’ll never get how you folks can cook up those great houses. All I can manage is semi-decent interiors! Lovely as always, Jen. :)

I love this family! They are ALL so cute! This legacy is so wonderfully written as well, and the narration is adorable but efficient. I loved everything about it! The houses and the clothing and the families and the storyline are all so put together. Great job!

Great update!! I just loved all the pictures of the kids in their swimsuits! It looked like a really fun pool party. All the Ravelo kids are so cute, I just love all the blond hair! I hardly ever get blond kids in my game. Mostly I get black hair people! I can’t wait till your next update!

Wow, this really is a good update, once again. Tennyson is a wonderful storyteller. Are we going to hear more from him? I have really grown to like the Ravelo’s.

Aw, the update is so cute! I was waiting for one :) I loved the Pool party pictures, made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside because it reminded me of my family with my cousins and everything, it’s so cute! I love the family pictures.

Tennyson is adorable! And a great narrator! I was afraid for a minute that you were going to kill Misty off. I do approve of Ajax DaVinci – and of DaVinci house. Wow – 3 kids already. Love the FFS pool stuff – very cute! And Marsha, probably the most infamous sim, next to Goopy. Classic. Ravi is one handsome sim. Will we get to catch up with Kaela soon?
