Good morning! Maude here with a tall glass of orange juice and an English muffin, watching the sun shimmer upon the waters of Lake Edelweiss. Not that I can eat or drink anymore, being a ghost and all, but it’s fun to pretend. Today we’re going to check in on the Kilmans and see what those teenagers have been up to since they moved into Gustav House. Let’s float on over, shall we?

Well, well! Joey is nowhere to be found, but here’s Tiffy. It looks like she’s talking to Jasper Cuffy, one of the rich kids in town. There he goes, boasting about his wealthy parents and all the fancy things they buy. Jasper, don’t you know that’s not the way to win friends?

Tiffy counters by telling him about the time her mother was arrested at a Kiss concert. I don’t know who Kiss is, but Jasper looks impressed.

It’s not long before the two teens become fast friends, overcoming their economic differences to listen to some incredibly loud rock music. Jasper seems intrigued by Tiffy’s rebellious style and unconventional family, while Tiffy likes that Jasper is in a rock band and wears a skull charm around his neck.

My goodness, even the youngsters move quickly in this town! Good thing all of the adults are sleeping — I bet Rhonda would have a thing or two to say about this.

Tiffy dreams about her new beau. (Isn’t it strange how we ghosts can SEE people’s thoughts? Truly bizarre!)

The next day is a Saturday, so Tiffy invites Jasper over to play video games. He brings his brother Dustin, who prefers to listen to Frank Sinatra instead of the White Hives, or the Striped Vines, or whatever the kids are listening to these days.

While Dustin is in the bathroom, Tiffy asks Jasper to go steady with her, and he accepts! Ah, how wonderful to watch young love blossoming…

…unless it’s your brother and you’d rather home and listen to your new Dean Martin record than watch him make out with his girlfriend.

Well, at least Tiffy is having a good time. I wonder how long it will last? Will Tiffy be able to keep a boyfriend while she’s working so hard to get into private school? And what on earth has Joey been up to, anyway? I’m starting to wonder about him! This is Maude, saying “Toodeloo!”
