Over at the SimScribes forum, we’re having a picture-taking contest. The basic idea is to take a snapshot of your Sims doing some fall-related activity such as celebrating Halloween or playing in the autumn leaves. The deadline is November 8th, after which we’ll take a poll to decide the winner. Leslie, that is so awesome!!! I’m excited for you :-) None of the stores in my town had it yet, so I downloaded it through the EA Downloader and will be able to install it when I get home from work tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what pet you create for the Burrs! :-D

Jen- I already created a pet for the Burr’s, but I’m prone to change my mind, I’ll keep creating until I have one FINAL one :P I change my mind so much, lol.
Audrey- Lol, I acctually screamed when the doorbell rang. I think the UPS man was a little freightened… He kinda walked away really quickly :D

Kay – I have a dumb question first – are you using WordPress? If so, you can use Peter’s Anti-Spam Plug-in, which is what I’m using. I also use the Comment Moderation feature in WP so that posts containing certain words go straight to my moderation queue, and I delete them from there. But I’m not sure you how you can block a specific IP…hrm.
Yeah, this spambot (it’s all the same IP) just post stuff like ‘nice….’ and ‘readed…’, single words like that with spam websites in their URLs. Nothing I can block, unfortunately. :/ I am using WordPress, I’ll go get that! Thank you!

Last night mainly I messed with Create-A-Pet, it was really acctually very cool. Although I am very disappointed to say they don’t have my dog, the Bichon Frise… It’s alright though, because they have some other cute dogs. Some dogs look incredibly like the real thing, while others don’t… but overall the feature is way cool and I think you will LOVE it! I hope you get it soon!
Today I’m going to one of my families and adopting a pet for them ^^
Wow, Leslie. Sounds really neat. :D Aw, no bichon? Bummer. I heard that dachshunds – my favorite dogs – aren’t in there either. Not that I expected them to be, really (even with the small dog frame, to make it look like a doxie you’d need to still be able to shorten the legs.. and make the body longer). CAP sounds neat, though. n_n
