The Heiress Lives On

I’m excited to announce that Amy, the creator of The Heiress and the Legalos Legacy, has an interview in the February issue of Simming Monthly! In it, she talks about the Legacy Challenge and her awesome Legacy family, and there’s also a link to the Heiress’s wedding story, which is gorgeous. If you haven’t read The Heiress from start to finish, then get on over there and start reading! There are some great Sims stories on the web, but The Heiress is my favorite, for the humor and for the emotional chord it strikes. I can’t praise it enough. And once you’ve finished reading The Heiress, make sure you go to the wedding! It will make you laugh and maybe bring a tear to your eye.

  1. wow! i just finished reading The Heiress in its entirety. i’m downloading Simming Monthly so i can read up on the wedding. this was a great find, Jen! i just couldn’t stop reading it until i found out who the winner was (which is the one i picked out about 1/2 way thru).

  3. Kay, I’ve seen that, too. I’m like a Sims99 junkie! I have watched so many movies from there. Once I get home from work, I’ll be watching the various movie clips & wedding video from that Heiress story. If you want to watch more movies, hop on over to http://www.simspremiere.com and then click on “recommendations” or just watch any of the movies that are currently hosted on that site. Site owner is decorgal and she’s also one of my favorite vidders – I’m hooked on her latest series “Adventures in Dating.”

  4. Jen you have some really great taste that was such a cool…heiress! I was a bit suprised thought that Robi one I mean I thought it was a good choice but it was really unexpected. Anyway I am really looking forward to the wedding and good job Amy!

  5. Whee, Heiress. :D I’ve been following it for quite a while now over on the Legacy Challenge Yahoo Group. People do the most wonderful things with ther sims.. it never ceases to amaze me! The Heiress Wedding almost makes me want to throw big, all-out weddings for my Legacy’s and Everson’s. But.. I’m too lazy. XD Besides, the Legacy’s and Everson’s are of the belief that weddings are for chumps, so why not get married right there in the bathroom where you proposed?! :D

    And to Jen: You’re gift is amazing. I have been reading your blog since Patrick of the Shanleys. I absolutely love it! I have so many sims named after yours and my blog exists because of you. You rock and so does Mt. Geneva!

Your stories are a source of inspiration to me and I am continually amazed by the places you take your characters! I feel like my Legacy owes you so much since my family lives in Shanley Manor, and it’s such an integral part of their lives. I can’t thank you enough for that.
