Well, that was fun. Without warning, my domain name expired, and it took me a couple of days to get it transferred to a new registrar. So my site and SimScribes disappeared from the web for awhile. My apologies to those who tried to access either while this was occurring. Anyway, just wanted to let you know what was up!

Same thing happened to me recently – I didn’t get any warning until I received the email stating it had expired. The sudden panic wasn’t helped by my husband’s tale of how he’d lost a domain name that way around 10 years ago and somebody is still squatting on the damn thing. We got mine sorted out and have a new registrar now, but I had few nervous days there!
