Tour the Goth Nectary

One building houses the nectary shop and a staircase to the cellar (and bathrooms):

The other holds the tasting room:

The gardening shack also has a staircase that goes underground.

There’s a little area for weddings, but it’s not quite right yet…I’ll probably futz with it some more once someone actually gets married here!

A shot of the vineyards (there are fruit trees, too – cherries and apples – as well as a row of flame fruit for those warm, cozy nectars):

The cellar, where the magic happens:

The basement bathrooms, where the not-so-magical stuff happens:

  1. *faint* OMG, Jen, how do you do it?! You always nail so perfectly everything you touch!
Your nectary is magnificent! It perfectly matches with the Goth Manor, indeed. You managed to make the place perfectly “Goth” without being “gothic” (if it makes sense! *giggle*).
I’m specially in love with the open dining-area (huh… drinking-area!), with the arbour (? not sure how it’s called in english… That “open-roof” with flowers). The dark wood and the soberness of the cushions fit perfectly the place (not sure if we can talk about the soberness of your Sims, then! :p).
Your whole building has something very solemn, like a covent, or something.
This picture with the piano is amazing. *sigh*
I want to go there and have a glass of nectar at sunset!

  2. Dooooh, silly me, I missed pages 2 and 3!!! *blushing of shame*
The inside keeps all the promises the outside gave! *swoon*
I think I’m in love with your garden shed. What an adorable addition, that little piece of roof!!! Awwww…
*mwaahahaha* at Chris!!!! *too funny* Sooooooo, you can’t handle nectar much better than Party drink, guy! (I can’t suppose he handles the Party drink better, seeing how his “date” with Agnes ended! :p)

    • Arbour sounds right, Sandy! *thumbs up* Or a pergola…I think they are interchangeable, but I’m not sure! :) And LOL at the soberness of the nectary not matching the soberness of my Sims! Thank you so much for your sweet comments, my dear! *smooch*

  3. I continue to be jealous of your building and decorating skills, Jen! The nectary is gorgeous. Poor Chris. Looks like he should stick to plain old grape juice!

    • Audrey!!! Thank you so much. I agree that Chris should stick to grape juice! :-D I see that you’ve updated your blog…I’ve gotta catch up! :)

  4. Ha ha ha ha! I’ve never seen a sim go cross-eyed before! The Nectary looked lovely, Jen. Ha ha, cross-eyed Chris! I’ve had such a rotten day, that I think I’ll be laughing about the drunken sim for a while. I know, “What Shall We Do With A Drunken Sim Dude”! Oh, frammit, now I’ve got that stupid song stuck in my head. Not my day.

  5. As I said in SDF it is absolutely freaking gorgeous. Adore it as it looks so realistic!
