Hancock house was the first house I built on an empty lot, so I had an unlimited amount of funds with which to play. I based it on one of the houses in Sarah Susanka’s book Creating the Not-So-Big House. With its simple design and open floor plan, it lent itself very well to a loose re-creation in the world of Sims 2.
i just wanted to say i love your houses! you do such wonderful work. would you be able to recreate any of these; old southern plantation, a parisian house (in 1760’s), and maybe a venetian pleasure garden? im doing some stories and well if i were an architect id go hungry! thanks for your time!
